These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jitaaec platform and all services offered to registered players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bets.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any services on jitaaec. We verify age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and funds returned where possible.
Each player may hold only one registered account on jitaaec. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without prior notice. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Contact support if you have lost access to your existing account.
All bonuses and promotional credits on jitaaec are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated on the relevant promotion page. Misuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture and possible account suspension.
All game outcomes on jitaaec are determined by independently audited random number generators. Collusion, match-fixing, use of bots, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent betting activity are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jitaaec will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately so we can secure your account and investigate the activity.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is approved. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are typically within minutes during operational hours.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by jitaaec, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jitaaec ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content available through the jitaaec website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page and will carry a clearly marked effective date at the top. Your continued use of jitaaec after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and jitaaec.
If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Accessing the platform on behalf of minors (persons under 18 years of age) is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
jitaaec targets adult players located in Bangladesh. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. We do not warrant that the services described on jitaaec are appropriate, legal, or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only. Registering on or using jitaaec is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We take our age verification obligations seriously and reserve the right to request proof of age at any point.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jitaaec, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting as a player).
- You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of jitaaec, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
- You are not registered on jitaaec's self-exclusion list or any third-party responsible gaming self-exclusion register that applies to our platform.
- Your registration and use of the platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation binding on you.
We employ age verification checks as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If a player is found to be under 18 at any stage — including after an account has been active — the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) where technically possible, and all winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.
We strongly encourage parents and guardians to make use of parental control and content filtering software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites. jitaaec accepts no liability for underage access that occurs due to a parent or guardian's failure to implement appropriate access controls on shared devices.
Verification Documents
As part of the KYC verification process, jitaaec may request one or more of the following documents to confirm your identity and age before processing your first withdrawal:
- National Identity Card (NID) — Government of Bangladesh
- Valid passport (photo page)
- Bangladesh driving licence
- Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (for address verification)
- Screenshot or statement of your registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) confirming account ownership
Documents must be legible, unmodified, and submitted in a format accepted by our verification team (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). jitaaec reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion and to place a withdrawal hold on any account that has not completed verification.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of products and services on jitaaec — including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and all promotional offers — you must first complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge and requires no deposit at the point of sign-up.
During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, a mobile phone number linked to your registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), and a chosen username and password. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify jitaaec promptly if any details change.
One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jitaaec. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at our discretion, and any promotional bonuses claimed on secondary accounts will be voided. If you discover you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact support immediately.
Accurate Information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms. jitaaec reserves the right to void any bets placed, forfeit any winnings, and permanently close any account where the registered information is found to be inaccurate or where a player has misrepresented their identity, age, or location.
Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out on your account while you are logged in — whether by you or by a third party who has obtained access to your credentials — is deemed to be your responsibility. jitaaec will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where we have not been notified promptly of a security breach.
Two-Factor Authentication
Where two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on jitaaec, we strongly recommend enabling it on your account for additional security. If 2FA is enabled and you lose access to your authentication device, you must contact support with appropriate identity documentation to regain account access. jitaaec cannot be held responsible for delays in account access recovery where a player has lost access to their 2FA device.
Deposits & Withdrawals
jitaaec supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. Currently accepted methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank accounts. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for international card transactions where eligible.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit: As set by your chosen payment provider's transaction limits and any account-level deposit limits you have personally configured via the responsible gaming tools.
- Processing time: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your playing balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day depending on the sending bank.
- Currency: All balances on jitaaec are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where detected.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- KYC requirement: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
- Withdrawal method: Funds are returned to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. We do not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or alternative wallets not registered to you.
- Processing time: Approved withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically processed within minutes during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- jitaaec reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value transactions or where unusual account activity has been detected.
Any funds deposited into your jitaaec account that remain unplayed (i.e., not wagered) and are subsequently withdrawn do not generate any bonus entitlement and will be returned in full without deduction, subject to successful KYC verification.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
jitaaec offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion page terms take precedence.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough") before the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate "Bonus Balance". Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. Wagering requirements must be met using the bonus balance before it is converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Contribution rates are stated on the relevant promotion page.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
- jitaaec reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including retroactively where fraud or abuse is detected.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address. Using multiple accounts or devices to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
Seasonal & Cricket Promotions
jitaaec regularly offers enhanced promotions tied to major sporting events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international series, as well as seasonal cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms in addition to the general conditions above. Eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amounts, and wagering multipliers vary per promotion and are stated clearly in English on the Bonus page.
Abuse & Integrity
jitaaec operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus-clearing outcome (arbitrage), using automated scripts or bots to clear wagering requirements, taking advantage of platform errors or miscalculated odds, and creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using jitaaec, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or reporting to law enforcement authorities.
You Must
- Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and keep it current throughout your account's lifetime.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with any other person.
- Play only for your own personal entertainment using your own funds from payment accounts registered in your name.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh regarding online gaming and financial transactions.
- Promptly notify jitaaec support of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
- Use the responsible gaming tools available in your account dashboard if you feel your gambling is becoming unmanageable.
You Must Not
- Register or use jitaaec if you are under 18 years of age.
- Open more than one account or allow another person to use your account.
- Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Attempt to exploit errors, vulnerabilities, or miscalculations in the platform's software or odds pricing.
- Engage in match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events covered by our sportsbook.
- Use the platform to launder money or process funds obtained through illegal activity. jitaaec complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jitaaec platform.
- Post, transmit, or disseminate any content through the platform that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
jitaaec reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Where a breach is detected or suspected, we may place a hold on your account and funds pending investigation. We will communicate the outcome of any investigation to you via your registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.
Account Suspension & Closure
jitaaec reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
- Bonus abuse or any other form of platform manipulation.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
- A formal request received from a recognised responsible gaming authority or law enforcement body.
- Extended account inactivity (12 consecutive months without login) — in such cases, we will notify you by email before any balance adjustment is made.
Voluntary Closure
If you wish to close your jitaaec account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team at support@jitaaec. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after successful identity verification. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their well-being may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed with the highest priority and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked against login, deposits, and betting. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaaec, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.
jitaaec does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical disruptions, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible, but accept no liability for losses arising from service unavailability.
jitaaec's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that sports betting and casino gaming involve inherent financial risk, and that jitaaec cannot guarantee any specific outcome, return, or financial result from your use of the platform. You are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions you make on jitaaec. We encourage responsible gaming and urge you to set personal limits that reflect what you can comfortably afford to lose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of jitaaec. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
